Interesting, as connected to Internet I believe means VLAN 911 is working.
- ONT needs rebooting after swapping routers
- VLAN 911 isnβt applied
- WAN type is wrong (not Automatic IP)
If above has been applied correctly, switch off you ONT and Router for half an hour and then power back on your ONT first and then your Router so its receives a new IP address (DHCP).
If this doesn’t work, can you show me or detail the IPTV settings page on your TUF AX4200 and if WAN type has been set to Automatic IP.
