Counters will reset after full day, according to your stats roughly after 10 min they should reset for daily stats. Rebooting modem will not turn on SRA.

Will be bit more than 10 mins (around 40 mins) , once counter for seconds will hit 86400 seconds that will be full 24h and it will reset.
