Is there a way to reset counters ?
Does rebooting modem or powering it down turn SRA back on?
Today’s stats –

May 21, 2020 at 4:46 pm #7450Counters will reset after full day, according to your stats roughly after 10 min they should reset for daily stats. Rebooting modem will not turn on SRA.
Edit
Will be bit more than 10 mins (around 40 mins) , once counter for seconds will hit 86400 seconds that will be full 24h and it will reset.

May 21, 2020 at 9:09 pm #7467If you still keep snr on 8db I think not much more can be done. There is an issue somewhere. I barely get any errors with SRA disabled.
I think is time to get BT to investigate.

May 22, 2020 at 6:09 am #7469If you spot bad moments like this one above try to power down modem and give a break like 30 mins before reconnecting.

Dito- reset DrayTeK modem back to how it was, try quiet line noise test again plugged into master socket only (modem unplugged) , if a low buzzing or squealing noise remains, time to call BT and explain a noise is on line so assume a fault, and mention that broadband speeds are low but reason for call is noisy telephone calls, hence they will be less likely to charge you if no fault is found.
I have seen a few BT vans at peoples properties recently, so hopefully availibility for BT Engineers is less restrictive

Forgot to say, BT has/is bringing its call centres back home from India etc. so chances are a quality conversation with support operative is very likely
