ASUS have started to release firmware for there AX range of Routers / Modem-Routers which now support iPhone mobile tethering via USB.
Has anybody managed to successfully achieve USB mobile tethering via iOS 16 as having issues with setting up my DSL-AX82U to use iOS USB Mobile tethering on firmware 3.0.0.4.388_23756 ?
I have already spoken with ASUS and they are not aware of any issues with iOS 16 and they did also mention there are no plans to release iPhone USB Tethering option to any of the ASUS AC models.

Thanks @Kev2021, always worth a try as a last resort.
Luckily, a full hard reset (not UI factory reset) and build from scratch sorted out the problem.
Now I have the DSL-AX82U running firmware version DSL-AX82U_3.0.0.4_388_23756 with iPhone USB tethering to an iPhone running iOS 16.6.1 ![]()
Note: I will create a iPhone USB tethering guide in another thread, just incase others are interested in how to set up iPhone USB tethering with there ASUS AX router.
