ASUS DSL-AC68U how to clear Meta data in NVRAM
(1) Turn off router power.
(2) Press and hold WPS button.
(3) While holding WPS button, power up the router.
(4) Continue to hold for roughly 8 seconds, till the power LED begins to blink, then release.
(5) Wait for the router to become ready.
(6) Manually configure your router settings back to what you have preferred without loading the .CFG profiles you have saved previously.
sometimes it is a good idea to repeat sections 1 – 5 a couple of times as clearing the DSL-AC68U NVRAM is not a precise science.
