Recently picked up the BT10, it’s clear that Asus has a lot of work to do on it yet.Β  Occasionally the devices will just reboot whilst browsing settings using the IOS app. And fairly frequently the backhaul will disconnect between the two nodes and require a reboot. Fingers crossed they put out updates faster than the glacial pace of the ax82 updates I upgraded from.

Absolutely, the ZenWiFi BT10 initial firmware release was August 2024 and as we know all to well, a good 6+ months is needed for ASUS to get most of the bugs ironed out.

If you disable MLO this may help with the Aimesh nodes if your are using Wifi for the backhaul.

I will pass back your comments regarding IOS app and Backhaul for the BT10 ?

BTW, hows the real world wifi performance as there is some impressive stats over at Dongknows for the BT10

WiFi performance has been great so far. Was really quick to set up the main network as well as the iot network which I moved all my devices like nest thermostat over to.

The only incompatibility I found so far is with wifi7 enabled on the main ssid, Sonos devices refuse to connect. That’s a Sonos issue though as everything else connects fine regardless how old it is, so hopefully they put out an update for it.

I managed to bag an mis-price on the 3 node pack but only need 2 nodes for full strength WiFi around the whole house, could have gotten away with one node my house weren’t so awkwardly shaped. But it means I have one unused node I’m trying to get rid of now, bring the overall cost down a bit
