@UK Sentinel I’ve never had a Haier l-Pro Series 5 washing machine so I cannot say :) Think you got the wrong person here lol as I never commented on this thread :(

Still got some seasonal drink left over I presume? ;) lol.

Working flawlessly for over a year.  Other than the initial hiccup, which was the installers fault, I have had no issues.  Hope it serves us as well as and as long as the last Hotpoint one did.

Great news, I am looking for a new Integrated Dishwasher currently and noted Haier had a couple of options, hence thought to check how your Haier Washing machine was performing.

Seems Haier is one of the better Chinese brands.

I did a lo of research before I bought it.  Haier has not disappointed at all.
