Yeah, the living room extension using a wireless phone was worse.  The Faceplate and test socket using a cabled phone were identical and not as bad, heard slight hiss.

Did you tried to disconnect phone and see if stats don’t get any better, also another opposite option make a call from landline and see how stats looks like during a call.

Do you keep your pc running to monitor your line? Last day you have 230k FEC errors, last 2h 75k that is a big burst in last two hours!! I guess you were in home at this time. Was something specific turned on?

No worries, normal usage is out of control and obviously not much we can do about in these days. It’s just that burst of errors last 2h from the time you posted stats it’s a bit suspicious. That’s why I asked did you noticed if something specific was turned on in home, could be also time of the day where congestion on broadband network increases causing bunch of errors. This amount of errors which appear on your line now are much better than before (with vigor on the line), but I’m not sure if is good enough.

Just to make @Bully fill better, I’m on 5th day today constantly connected since lost fastpath and still no change. I will give time for my modem till Sunday, if nothing change I will apply light cap on downstream to let DLM know that I need fastpath right now 😜
