Spoke with Amazon and they refused to honour the 2 year warranty as I bought it from Amazon com and not Amazon uk Basically I imported it from the states from Amazon
Finally got an email back from ASUS that I sent before joint this forum, so they won’t be aware yet of the problem I have with Amazon
