PC but not sure exactly what it is trying to do with UPnP/SSDP.

Alas no real idea on what is happening with 388 builds, forum member @lifeisfun is performing a few test in the background for ASUS with 388 builds for the XT8, so we should know soon if anything interesting comes from this ?
