ASUS routers use a DUAL IP Stack, so unless you disable IPv4 (not advisable) then a device (will use both IPv4 and IPv6) and IPv6 is the traffic priority (usually) especially when connected to a Windows clients etc.

But some ISP’s and websites only support IPv4, so best to use both.

To check which clients are using what IP address, go to Advanced Settings > System Log > and the Tabs in that section give you DHCP / Wireless IP details etc.
