I did read via 9to5google.com that if you place an full stop after the main URL, this can for Youtube, remove inline ads.

Normal URL, normal ads

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ

Altered URL (note the bolded dot), little to no ads

https://www.youtube.com./watch?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ
