Can I ask a small favour, if you have the ability to setup a VPN to UK via PC/Laptop, next time you notice these delays, can you enable your VPN and see if page load speeds improve.

Trying to understand if issue is Internet, Server or maybe load balancers from my hosting service perspective as you can see below, my server is not running at full capacity for yesterday.

FWIW: storage is NVMe so is respectable spec and speed and expensive
