way too hot for 5G, and also to hot for 2G, CPU is ok even very low for Asus routers.

Wifi chips have to be below 60°C and CPU should be about 70 and can go up to 80 on some routers if cooling is not well done inside (sometimes bad contact to heatsink).

Return as soon as possible or you will loose 5G or complete router!

The problems you see comes from 5G overheating 2G too beside many other parts on mainbord not designed for that high temps.

If it is a problem to return try it on your own to replace heatsinks and thermal pads.

Maybe 5G chip is already defective and thats why so hot, than cooling cant be improved.
