So no real changes then over the last week or so, you still have improvements on the original download speed, but higher Interleaving.

If you are feeling brave, try increasing SNR to say 6 / 9 and see if you can improve on the interleaving value.

Or maybe see if you can get G.fast, as this is really your only other option for increasing throughput speeds etc.
