I did read on MoneySavingExperts and reading between the lines, it does seem as though Outfox used to allow customers to switch between fixed tariffs without exit fees, and this flexibility was being exploited, customers repeatedly moving to the cheapest internal fixed deals undermined margins and hedging strategies.

Such a shame that good intention has been exploited.
