Went on there forums, seems there is a hidden link to the tickets and there it shows they changed the date to be done by midnight 24th nov but I didn’t get a email. Seems this is a long standing frustration, that they change the date but you don’t get informed.

Have you got a copy or screen dump of this ‘hidden link’ on the tickets, as this could be very useful for others
