I notice that on my vigor 2760 (also old eci midem) after reboot bitswap are not on immediately, usualy upstream within an hour downstream up to 3 hours. When I used modem with broadcom chipset bitswap was on immediately after reboot.
Thanks for info, is your Exchange/ DSLAM ECI and bitswap is On in both direction (eventually) ?
