Could i use my smart hub 2 as a modem only and connect it to my Asus for the router and wifi ?
BT’s Smart Hub 2 does not offer the modem (Bridged) mode – and its DSL chipset is Broadcom and very locked down. I was just thinking of the Fritz!Box 3490 as this is a well built unit and gives you access to stats etc via UI and manages its own Bitswap / SRA etc so may be of benefit to yourself. (maybe) ! Alas I could not find an online Emulator for the Fritz!Box 3490 Alas not sure what stats the Smart hub gives, but maybe worth a try in the name of science
