A little late to the press for me, but seems Amazon will no longer be accepting Visa Credit cards that are issued in the UK which will come into force after the 19th January 2022 due to charges via Visa UK (I assume)
Visa is mainly used by Barclaycard, Nationwide and HSBC UK for there credit cards.
