I checked line parameters and it looks G.vector is enabled on AX82U, because without it I have way lower SNR Margin. So maybe they implemented it will check with dslam and automaticaly enable if needed.
Also noticed on different screenshots here and also on my dsl logs that Line Attenuation for upstream is stuck at 0.0 dB, is it known bug or ?

@adgsdgsdgwrzwasfa – good question, I will ask ASUS

</noscript>—- Update: spoke with ASUS and in essence, there will be no DSL-AX82U _Annex-B separate modem/router unit. But: Only Annex A supported officially, but for VDSL it doesn’t matter. DSL-AX82U can sync up with VDSL in Annex B countries via Annex A. It would only fail to sync with ADSL in Annex B countries. You may also need (depends on country) an RJ11 adapter to suit your countries hardware DSL wall port connection. Hope that helps ?
Thanks for update, I got it for use on VDSL so I was sure it should works okay, and it works correctly, but I was just curious if I could recomend it for someone on ADSL line.
Unfortunately, there are many wrong information about this in descripsions on different websites, even I saw some annex B on amazon in some countries. So I hope your info will help someone.
Also I noticed there is no options to enable/disable G.vector (G.993.5) On older modem AC68U I could see if DSL modulation: ITU G.993.5 G.vectoring is active on DSL log page, also there is now Vectoring State: Full / Running but I dont know what it represent.

on 1 post I noticed it support Annex: A/B/J/M/L , but router I received from amazon.de only support Annex A/L/M (same on box and in settings), same as tech specs on asus global homepage.
Are there 2 versions of this router ? if yes how you can you different them ? Anyone got one with annex B/J support?
Thanks
