Can you tell to Netgear that I want this package to be updated to version 2.4.9 and remove these restrictions? There are dozens of people on the forums having this problem. Thanks :)

Netgear D7000 V1 is sercomm produced dsl modem. And have Pppd 2.4.1 package in firmware. And have many restrictions such as multi offer pado request blocking. I can’t connect to the internet with D7000. Asus connected successfully.  Look at this, one picture from Pppoe log and Codes from source code. Problematic Netgear specs 1.9 blocks ZTE.

4db is too low. Your line stats seems bad. Snr stable value range is 10-13 db for better stability. Mediatek DSL chips needs more SNR  Margin. Broadcom chips works well with 8-9 db. That’s real. But not a problem :)

Dsl Ac51u works fine with Comnet in Turkey I disabled “Stability Adjustment” in DSL settings. Everything seems good.

Hello, I am testing version 960 for a long time. Quite successful. But I have a request. Please update the pppd package to version 2.4.9. Because 2.4.7 has serious security vulnerabilities such as CVE-2020-8597. By the way, I can’t get an IP address with my Netgear modem in Turkey. Recently telecom is replacing SSG devices with ZTE and there are compatibility issues. Everything was better with Ericson :) So the problem is not caused by Asus.
