Routing issues the BT agent said ,3 of us in our street were due to be connected one last wednesday they canceled him & couldn’t give him a date,One on the 24th & me this morning.What’s more if they knew this last week they could have contacted me earlier than Saturday lunchtime & stopped the line transfer.To be honest I don’t believe a word they say.

Thanks for the reply.Looks like im in Openreach hell with no internet for at least 3 weeks.They cancelled to order on Saturday due to issues at the exchange.My old provide said it’s too late to stop the transfer (Plusnet which is owned by BT you couldn’t make it up) so got nothing at all.At this point I’d be happy with dial-up ;-)

Hi getting BT ultrafast 2 FTTP installed on Monday,I thought my DSL-AC88U would work (Would rather not use the BT Super Hub 2 BT sent)  but reading this thread im having doubts.Can you folk give me any tips/advice to get it working please.
