any idea what the Stability Adjustment setting does?
SRA ensures that the line bandwidth is reduced to ensure that there is adequate noise margin on the line. When the noise on the line increases, SRA is used to reduce the bandwidth on the line, without dropping the line, and therefore, without interrupting the service.
Services like Plusnet do not support SRA and I believe SRA is only available via Huawei cabinets (not ECI).
Unsure about BT as they trailled SRA, but unsure how far the rollout proceed ?
