Is your DSL-N16 set to dual stack IPv4/IPv6Â ? is issue WAN IP not being IPv6 or LAN Clients ? or both ?
Have you tried toggling between Stateless and Stateful under IPv6 LAN Settings if issue is LAN ?
Note: I have not seen any body else with IPv6 issues within your region, so am wondering if issue is DSL-N16
