Is 192.168.50.17 an Windows 10 PC or Xbox, if so then It means that the router received an UPnP/SSDP discovery broadcast from a device, but the device isn’t responding to incoming SSDP connections and nothing to worry about.

FYI: The watchdog service is a custom made daemon which in not configurable and just sits in the background etc.
