Yes, it seems BT disconnected us at approx. 1am and PlusNet reconnected us at 6am, not sure why the 5hr delay but at least it was through the night when most are asleep.
BT now requesting there equipment back… even though i did advise i never wanted it.. or they will charge, I think they are sending a bag to send it back in so will wait and see if comes.
