So Energy for Fixed tariff does sound like a safe option.
I did read A pipeline running under the Baltic Sea earlier this month caused a scare in the gas market, so I was interested to see if that had effected my Tracker rate yet.
I will keep plotting my monthly Unit prices for Gas and Electric to see if this reported 40% increase in Wholesale energy prices is reflected via my Tracker either end of this year or early next year.
In theory, even if price is higher for 3 months or so, for the remaining 9 months prices could be lower, this is where tracker tariff could add value, or not. ![]()
