Yes, I found the problem, it is associated with the plugin that enables me to style the forum and web-pages etc.
So I had to factory reset (sort off) rebuild from scratch and am currently re-styling website forum and then find a way of making it work quicker.
At least I now know what the issue is causing forum main page to load slowly, just hope I can find a way to fix it also.
