Alas @Bully has had issues with his line (downstream) for as long as I can remember.
YES FEC are still way to high, but modem has been on for five days without resynch I believe, which is also a little worrying (not good)
@bully – has modem been left alone for five days ? If so reboot it from UI and post stats after a day
