The Telephone removal should help us understand why the sudden increase in FEC, alas capping synch speeds is last resort as his connection is  so low already .

BTW – my new Plusnet connection is still sorting itself out after 8 days, so 7 days as a rough guide is ok, but sometimes a pinch of salt is needed  .
