June 9, 2020 at 5:58 pm #7930No problem, if there’s nothing change tonight try to put cap again on your line.

June 10, 2020 at 7:58 am #7934Or give it a couple more days, jus incase

‘and unplug the telephone if pos’.

June 10, 2020 at 8:41 am #7935From my experience if nothing happen within 7 days it will not at all. @Bully stats getting worse and worse now, and as we observed DLM accepted average of 120k FEC errors per day on his line to action positive. Agree that telephone maybe issue here. If @Bully could run without telephone connected for couple of days that should clarify.

June 10, 2020 at 8:49 am #7936The Telephone removal should help us understand why the sudden increase in FEC, alas capping synch speeds is last resort as his connection is so low already .
BTW – my new Plusnet connection is still sorting itself out after 8 days, so 7 days as a rough guide is ok, but sometimes a pinch of salt is needed .

June 10, 2020 at 8:57 am #7937Yes, but you are on Huawei cabinet that’s completely different story, some people waiting for weeks for g.inp to be activated and with cap they achieved within a week. On eci cabinet is bit different. I personally was waiting over 20 days in past with perfect stats and nothing happened, once capped DLM “woke up” and started do his job. Of course @Bully don’t have to cap now, if he disconnect phone we should see difference (hopefully).
