Initial testing on Microsoft Teams is good. I have had several Teams meeting and so far no connection drops over wifi.
Thank goodness, I was beginning to lose faith with ASUS

Thanks for update and glad we have the best-in-the-business testing this firmware release

Damn, that’s not exactly confidence inspiring.

January 18, 2022 at 5:12 pm #17190Not sure if the stutters yesterday was from the other side, but today was really good. No issues all day. One Microsoft Teams meeting was with 20+ people in my team and that went without a glitch for the whole hour of the meeting. What I will say for sure is that for me this FW is better than any official releases after 42095.

This IS more promising! I might wait a little longer to make sure, but perhaps I can take the plunge later.

Take the plunge over the weekend @dodgydrains judgement is usually good and I am sure by Friday we will know for sure just how stable this new firmware release is

I will leave it up to you to decide. Just had a morning where I experienced micro-stutters in 3 calls. Cannot put it down to other side as it was with different people. I’ll stick with it for now as Teams connection doesn’t actually drop fully, just hangs and picks back up within 2/3 seconds. Really annoying, but still better than previous FW after 42095.

January 20, 2022 at 1:35 pm #17245January 20, 2022 at 1:53 pm #17246I opted to update this morning as my wife is home and so am I, and she hasn’t reported any issues – yet.
I figured I am best able to revert back if we’re both here and I can act quickly.
Fingers crossed. I’d really rather not rollback again!
