Hi – I’ve been running the beta for a week or so but have noticed yesterday a teams call were dropping. This has only happened when calling a uk mobile from teams as I have a landline number associated with it. its been fine on video and normal teams calls etc. The call was 30 mins and it dropped about 6 times with good wifi and phone signal never been this bad with my Linksys Velop :(
I have turned on QOS this morning and will make a few test calls to my mobile to see if it drops but did notice a fail in the logs when I have turned QOS on this morning and wondered if anyone had the same on the beta firmware?

April 13, 2022 at 8:21 am #18685I know there was issues with IPv6 and VPN was not supported, is that what you are using in any form ?

April 13, 2022 at 1:30 pm #18686Hi No its wasn’t on VPN of IPv6. I’ve tried it today and made quite a few calls to my mobile and non of the dropped so might have been a glitch yesterday.
I did wonder about the setup rule fail in the logs when I turn on QOS

April 13, 2022 at 5:29 pm #18687May well be QoS kicking off other sub routines etc. luckily its a beta so good to pass this back to ASUS via feedback form

May 4, 2022 at 2:58 pm #18915I took the plunge, and hope it has all the bug fixes that were in the beta. That seems to have been pretty rock solid (I always tempt fate when saying that) and I’d like to get back to the non-beta channel if I can.

May 4, 2022 at 3:57 pm #18916my first impressions :
- teams call : no dropouts
- rdp sessions : no freeze
- streaming movie from nas to pc via xt8 satelite : no freeze
if issues occur, will let you know, but so far so good.
