I have been on FW 3.0.0.4.388_24609 for nearly 7 days now.
For my use case it has been stable so far.
The main feature I use is ‘Parental Controls – Time Scheduling’.
I don’t do any regular reboot, just set it up as I want it and then leave it to do it’s thing.

February 2, 2024 at 6:40 pm #30368Thanks for this. I have rolled back the firmware as the wifi has disconnected a few times due to radar the latest version appears a lot more aggressive for radar. I have never had a total disconnect but its happened 4 times so far whilst working from home so not ideal. its affected both the 5ghz bands

February 15, 2024 at 11:14 pm #30718I have gone 20 days without a hitch, for my use case FW 24609 has been flawless.
Will now test the new GNUton’s 3004.388.6 beta2 FW which was released yesterday.

February 16, 2024 at 7:36 am #30721Great news, your V1 hardware XT8’s does seem to be running AiMesh very stable.
If you have the opportunity, can you provide a couple of screenshots of you XT8 AiMesh settings, so that others can reference if they are having issues

I get envious when i am the only one who couldn’t use the 160 bandwidth. Everytime i tick it on, my wifi backhaul reverts to yellow led means slow speed. So ever since i’ve turned off that particular bandwidth, everything’s smooth sailing.
Is the 160 bandwidth dependent on country’s policy on radar or capabilty?

February 17, 2024 at 8:11 am #30736160Mhz in your region (Philippines) is allowed (I believe) and the fact you can select the 160Mhz option indicates it is usable.
White light indicates good signal strength on 5GHz, Yellow can mean backhaul is dropping to 2.4GHz ?

That’s somewhat good to know. But unfortunately, I couldn’t get it to wirk properly whenever 160 is enabled. It always breaks the wifi backhaul whenever it’s ON.
