January 21, 2024 at 7:07 am #29311I am surprised, I was using BT IPv6 last year before I switched to Plusnet and my ASUS RT-AC86U worked well with IPv6 for both 2.4 and 5 GHz wifi channels including guest wifi.
if you have time over the next couple of days, I think it might be worth examining how you are setup and configuration etc. especially as you have a couple of XT8 I believe

January 21, 2024 at 8:27 am #29314Normal DNS is
ip address
Gateway
Prefix
Dns1
Dns2
Is the gateway the same same ipv4 .. I don’t think it is ?

January 21, 2024 at 9:20 am #29318It does, DNS Director forces LAN clients by Mac Address to ignore router / dhcp DNS configuration settings and use what you have specified via DNS Director.
Handy if you want say kids PC to use a family DNS filter (adult content filter), but adults use normal (unfiltered) DNS settings etc.

January 21, 2024 at 9:30 am #29320Most test I’ve done ipv4 is still faster than ipv6 which I wouldn’t of thought.but am guessing because most site’s don’t use it
