Yes, only beta’s are made and released by ASUS.
Use the feedback form on you DSL-AC51 and ask them if there are any new beta’s

Edit: just had an email from ASUS, please see below

The DSL-AC51 beta firmware with this PADO and PADS packet timeout solution will be provided later

ASUS have kindly produced a beta firmware for the DSL-AC51 that will hopefully address the PADO and PADS packet timeout concern .
Please test and see if this works better – I have made the download only available for members at it is a test beta firmware.

October 8, 2021 at 10:00 pm #15735Hello. I just did the test. In only one of the 4 disconnect attempts, it reconnected in 3.5 minutes. Apart from that, it was instantly connected in all disconnections. I’ve attached the system log below when I had a reconnection problem. It connects faster than previous firmware version. Thank you very much for this -_-

October 10, 2021 at 11:07 pm #15761For DSL-AC750 too please… I have some bad CRC that happens some times when the router get the Wan.
I do not get all of this with the beta tho. Did they moved all the 2016-2018 models out of date?
Suggest them to make a good new model that will also get updated and will have VOIP phone functionality with the AI-Protection and the other features please.!! And tell em to throw out the window the DDR2’s DDR3’s it’s freaking 2021 finally go create a patent!!
I do not wanna use crappy outdated DSL\Routers from China why is everyone so jerks in the modem\router job?
