Thank you.
I’m not aware of anything maxing out. I’ve attached a screenshot of the current status.

This is a first for me.
I saw this in the system logs, can anyone tell me what’s going on here please?

Are all your devices showing on your list with 3.0.0.4.388_22525. I’m getting devices not showing, both wireless and wired, even though they are operating properly and I’m also getting devices dropping off the list and reappearing moments later, but they too are all operating normally?
Not something that I have noticed. I did do a full factory reset in the evening after the intial dirty flash update.

That’s something I’ve not done yet because it can be such a ball ache, but something I know I will eventually need to do.

I’ve had another router crash this evening and when it recovered a number of my 2.4GHz devices refused to connect. I done a power cycle of the router and all the nodes and still they wouldn’t connect, so I regreased back from “3.0.0.4.388_21617 ” to “3.0.0.4.386_49873-g72159cc” and everything came back online?
Looks like I’ll be sticking with “3.0.0.4.386_49873-g72159cc” until Asus sort things out.
Just a though, but up until now all the firmware upgrades had been stable, until they added the new VPN and wire guard settings. Could that be the issue?

Not such a good day today. The router done a random reboot at 15:11 (GMT) and then wouldn’t connect to all wireless devices, so I had to power cycle the router. All seems ok for the moment.
I’ve sent to logs to ASUS via the feedback tab.
The system setup is: 2x ZenWiFi XT8 (1x main router, 1x node) Firmware Version:3.0.0.4.388_21617 + 2x ZenWiFi Mini AX1800 (2x nodes) Firmware Version 3.0.0.4.386_49599 with hardwire Backhaul to all nodes.

Well it’s been 24 hours and all seams stable. The system has been under fairly heavy load today, with around 90GB of internet traffic plus around 350GB of internal traffic. The Router’s RAM has dropped to 80MB and no devices have been noticed to have lost connection.
That said, the system log does repeatedly show that 2 devices were disconnected because the sending station was leaving or had left but was then immediately reconnected.

Well, it’s been up for 10 hours (overnight) with no issues. All 72 devices are now listed and the RAM appears to have stabilised at 99MB.
Let’s see how the day goes.
The system setup is: 2x ZenWiFi (Firmware Version:3.0.0.4.388_21617) + 2x ZenWiFi Mini’s (Firmware Version 3.0.0.4.386_49599) with hardwire Backhaul to all nodes.

Well here goes nothing. Just upgraded to Firmware Version:3.0.0.4.388_21617. I took it’s time to settle down. 68 of the 72 devices shown in the list, but that’s not unusual, it can take a while for all devices to show on the list. Initial memory free was 82MB but after about 30 minutes it increased to 117/118MB.
So fingers crossed and let’s see how it fairs overnight?

That sounds promising. Are you getting any 2.4 GHz disconnect issues?

Why are they still pushing “FW_ZENWIFI_XT8_300438821099” out via the router’s firmware upgrade option when they know there are issues with it?
I upgraded to “FW_ZENWIFI_XT8_300438821099” last week and had all kinds of stability issues, including devises no being able to connect to the router via wifi, so I regressed back to “FW_ZENWIFI_XT8_300438649873”. Now everything is back normal.
