Your DSL attenuation is a tad high to comfortable support G.fast. I was looking at G.fast back in the day and my attention is 18dB (VDSL) and the BT wholesale Line checker said G.fast was not supported. Others where whom where closer to cab.
G,fast suffers greatly with REIN and SHINE issues as it operates at much higher frequencies than say VDSL so is more prone to electrical interference.
Have you had G.fast long and is/was the BT supplied Hub more stable ?
Many variables issue could be including high resistance fault etc.
In a completely sane world, madness is the only freedom (J.G.Ballard).
