I been thinking about it for a while, thing is I prefer the look for the uniflo gas meters (which look more like the traditional gas meter as shown below) as opposed to the small white ones. I’m not sure if they will fit them or not as I suspect OFTM uses a 3rd party installer and think most are installing the small er white ones which I’m not overly keen on tbh. Keep thinking about changing it on and off but also means I got to take a day off to get it done plus if I do, the batteries only last approx. 10 years and then it will need replacing etc.. could be more of a headache? but on plus side I’d get accurate bills (in theory). For me my gas meter is at front of house so if anyone needs to come read it they can as I don’t need to be home, unlike elec meter is inside but that’s smart so no real need for anyone to come look at it.
