Ok, so have had several conversations with ASUS and seems they did deploy OpenSSL 1.1 but had issues so it was rolled back to OpenSSL 1.0.2d until the bugs are fixed.

sorry. my DSL51 modem takes a very long time to connect back when my internet connection is lost. Is there any solution for this?
i use latest beta firmware.(946)

Welcome.
The DSL-AC51 can take upto 5 minutes to connect, is that simular to yours ?
If your internet drops regularly, try…
at wan>internet connection>additional pppd options … insert the command
lcp-echo-interval 0
If 0 will not connect, try the commands 60,50,40,30
also
WAN connection drops on Asus DSL-N16

My internet connection is not interrupted regularly, but when I SET DSL, the internet disconnecting and does not connect to the internet for about 5 minutes. I tried that command you gave, but the result did not change.

Are you on ADSL / PPPoE and is Dual WAN disabled or enabled ?

Check if your VDSL profile is 17a or 30a, I think in your country it should be 17a ?
Make sure ‘disconnect after time of inactivity (in seconds)’ is set to ‘0’
Also set .
Internet Detection: PPP Echo
PPP Echo Interval: 0
PPP Echo Max Failures: 0
If this does not help, try changing DNS Servers IP address on router ?

I did all of what you said but unfortunately the result did not change… The DSL light comes on immediately, but the internet light takes a minimum of 3-4 minutes.

Alas I am out of ideas, hopefully somebody else who owns an DSL-AC51 can advise how long there DSL-AC51 takes to connect to Internet ?
3-4 minutes does not sound long time to me, hopefully others can confirm time also
