Sometimes it may be needed if TV hangs and FW is lost in space.
Maybe there is built in only 100Mb/s LAN, more than enough for an TV even with 4k and saves little power.

I have been confused of “hours” when it means time and not difference to GMT (eddited my previous post too).
Time for change is 2 o’clock in spring (where it is jumping to 3) and 3 o’clock in authum (when it jumps back to 2 o’clock wintertime).

The definition is LAST sunday in month and so you should set both to 5th as this means ‘last’ in Asus-diction (if there are only 4 sundays this year it will use it too).
