Better manually read water-meter once a year (every 3 years they will come and between you can do it on your own and mail counter) and get fibre everywhere what is happening in UK.
Here we are far from that!
One of the best mobile coverage and networks worldwide but far behind related to FTTH.

Now got more clear infos:
Water-meter will use some NFC-like technique where they can drive through the streets once a year and read out the counters going or driving by.
They have a battery for many years inside. This technology might be used for gas as well I think.Electrical-meters use PLC (dLAN/PowerLAN variant) over the line to send data from one meter to the next to their base station.
But this doesnt work very well and then they send over GSM or NB-IoT, maybe this will be changed to LTE CAT-M in future. You need to login in order to vote

You cant lower SNR on the modem, on one of the DSL tabs max speed is set by default, you only might set it to more stability with less speed for troublesome lines.
Cabinet can be found there as well in the graphic on the right side (left is modem and between line lenght).
Sorry, cant insert picture to show you.

Sorry I dont know, I dont even have any smart meter here in Vienna (they are late here and you can op-out), other regions (no difference cities or rural) already changed most electric meters.
What I have found they use GSM/GPRS-SIM.
Gas might be later, no infos about it (I use heat pump) or wether it is planed at all.On last reading they told me water-meter will be changed next year(s) to SIM or whatever can be read from the street nearby.

But 54 to 45 is not that much, keep cool.
And you got zero CRC (what is even too good).
You could get much more with vplus/supervectoring (35b) if it is available at your location.

For sure something happened to your line. Noise, bad contacts, wet lines, bad modem DSL-input driver or whatever.
SNR is what it is, the difference between signal and noise.
SNR margin would be how much you have spare and you could use it for higher sync (or let it be for better SNR with less lost bits)Now you have 6dB SNR and thats needed for reliable transmission, your line wont get faster as it is running on its limit right now.
If you get back 15dB you could go faster by reducing SNR and DLM would step up again. You need to login in order to vote

Sure they will bring new features for Win11 only and Win10 will get security and bug fix till 2025 to make a difference.
But if your machine is running Win10 with last drivers it will run Win11 the same way with any CPU or support by Microsoft.Right now it isnt a good time to get electronics, you would have to wait till end of next year to get adequate prices again.

You can have it if you want to, but bit more monthly costs for dual-meter.

No reason only because it is not officially support by Win11 not to use it in future.
They did it only to be able to completely ignore complaints on this platform, but they never did their job even if it is supported, so what – will make no difference!
