    thanks for finding out for me! Just wondering if i can warrant a second line! we are contracted to sky for another 14 months almost!

    has anyone bought one of these? i have! i spent 3 hours last night trying to get it working with the new draytek 166? including 2 support chats with netgear, they have said that the router doesnt support mer option for dhcp! thats the whole reason i bought this to get rid of my skyq hub, can anyone confirm if this is the case? as i thought Netgear was one of the brands that worked out of the box for mer option, devastated if it needs to go back already!

    i have properly bit the bullet now, got the draytek 166 really cheap, and also ordered a Netgear RX1000, that Duma is too good looking to say no too! thanks for all your advice lads!

    wow now your peaking my interest! my lad is fifa mad, where as mine is more warzone type stuff!. is the draytek modem best one to go for?

    cheers ill post how i get on, out of interest, are the netgear ones with dedicated game settings that much better?, if so and im going to spend a fortune on one, what would be the best option for router? as the rubbish skyq hub wont utilise bridge mode?

    both my son and i game, missus and daughters just watch crap! lol

    heavy users of wifi, ideally wanna encompass all in one router modem? as i cant have the unifi alien i really want!

    thanks for the advice, any recommendations on the net-gear ones? i think the c2800 probably the best of the tp-Link ones?

    Thanks for that, i think ill send it straight back and not worry about trying to configure it.

    can anyone recommend what to use on SkyQ? other option i was looking at was the Tp-LInk C2800?

    i wouldnt say money is no object, but happy to spend enough to get a decent bit of kit?

    OMG i literally just ordered the 88U like 10 mins ago and came across this! is it really that bad should i send it straight back? i want to replace my sky q hub (which is pony) and thought this would be the one! what are your thoughts on the 82U? as this is wifi 6 should i just be waiting for this?
