When I back home (not sure when due to nature of business I work for) I will do test if there is a difference how this filter is plugged in.

I believe these filters are all same, just not sure if people who pack them plug cable correctly. According to pictures provided by @Bully they are opposite side that the one which are on website or amazon. So if filter not working as expected maybe is worth turn it the other way round.

I think I have plugged it in correctly, the stabiliser comes with the short black cable which was already plugged in the stabiliser, I removed it from packaging and plugged it into modem.
Yes, and apparently it should be right way, but if you check on the web or amazon on their pictures is the other way round. If it not working as expected you can always try the other way ;-)

I did wonder why your IP addressed changed country ;-) Pic below I was basing my view of installation on which does look correct from filter you recommended, unsure if that was same model as @bully purchased ?

I could connect through my vpn which I setup on my asus router but don’t need incognito mode for this forum ;-)I got exactly same but wondering if @Bully shouldn’t connect the other way round.

It’s all depend how good will be with phone disconnected, if total amount of errors let’s say will be up to 300k FEC/ day then line can be capped down to 30Mb, if that reduce amount of errors then we should see light in the tunnel.
Maybe is worth to try something like this, I got one of these (bought a while ago and forgot to test it), plugged about 2 weeks ago and my line even survived storm without being interleaved. What it does on my line, increase slightly line attenuation and best benefit so far is when attienable speed going down (due to network overloaded I suspect) then snr go dow, when attienable speed go up snr go back up, with vigor I only noticed that snr keep going down, never came back to 6db on downstream in the past. Also amount of errors is still low with this plugged in.

I think next step was suggested already couple of times, we need to see how line will perform with telephone disconnected. There is a burst of errors every day (I think was afternoon) on @Bully line. Once face plate was changed the FEC errors was under control, kind of. Now with snr 8db he still getting bunch of them (where should get barely any) , and DLM consider these with his decisions.

On which modem? If you put cap on hg612 recently it will be removed once modem is rebooted. If you still on 35Mb after hg612 is rebooted than is banded profile set by DLM.

Still seem to be capped at 35mbps.
Looks like it.
Did you manage to change/unplug telephone?
