    With that amount of errors, I would say yes old phone is still in,

    BTW- I have noticed with my shiny new MK4 Face Plate, It is more sensitive to errors than my previous MK3

    I mentioned earlier that mk3 is best of all 👍

    Just as a side thought, I am not sure how friendly you are with your neighbours’ as it would be interesting to see what synch rate they had ?

    not yet.  Is there a cmd to reverse the cap i put on?  Capped it at 35mbps.

    On which modem? If you put cap on hg612 recently it will be removed once modem is rebooted. If you still on 35Mb after hg612 is rebooted than is banded profile set by DLM.

    oh ok.  I thought it was odd that both modems are only getting 35mbps.  must be DLM then.

    I think next step was suggested already couple of times, we need to see how line will perform with telephone disconnected. There is a burst of errors every day (I think was afternoon) on @Bully line. Once face plate was changed the FEC errors was under control, kind of. Now with snr 8db he still getting bunch of them (where should get barely any) , and DLM consider these with his decisions.
