i tried 979 before stable settings and same with big CRC errors, i will try 979 with stable settings again when sure no connection lost and big CRC after 1-2 day.

Great news, which firmware are you using ?

Stable latest 960,  13 hours connected, no connection lost and only have 24 CRC, so 1hour/1.8 CRC, before best value 1hour/6 CRC and connection lost per 3-5 hour, now everything look like great.

Also i get a TD W9970V3 modem(broadcom chipset) then 5 hours connected, no special setting. Zero CRC, no connection lost with td w9970. I think there is a problem about software with asus modem, before i think about chipset(mtk) but changed my mind after this settings and stable connection.

Crc still increasing to big numbers with latest beta pado fixed firmware for me, but i dont have disconnect or internet problem.
