For me, FW: 3.0.0.4.386_48378 broke my internet connection and stopped recognising the connected USB drive. Had to revert back to 45660.

Hi all,

New member. I’ve been following this thread closely as very interested in this router.

Pre-ordered it today at the new price.

Currently using a TP-Link VR2800 which has served me well especially the latest firmware. It was dropping the DSL connection about once every 10 days and would take several restarts to get it back but the latest firmware seems to have fixed the issue. I have quite a few wireless devices connected to it, using it with a nas box and for streaming. No memory issues whatsoever and slightly worried about the Asus and its handling of memory after reading users comments on this thread. Apart from that I’m really looking forward to it.
