So dug out my DSL-AX82U and already had firmware 3.0.0.4.386_45660
Screen dump below and had no problems going into and out of Traffic Analyzer and details as below
I did notice no results for traffic Statistics, but just assumed this was because I had not plugged in DSL modem etc.
If anybody else notices this issue, then I can speak with ASUS, but maybe a factory reset is a best first option ?

November 19, 2021 at 3:09 pm #16349I think what I will do first is disconnect it from the line and reflash with the same firmware at some point when my SNR margin is as good as it gets, as I looked at the uptime which is 48 days and I am fairly sure that at some point in the last month that tab and its display was working. (my reluctance to start with a full reset is that it is meshed to another device and I had to use the stability adjustment to get the full 80 mb and no interleaving so i want to do as little as possible and confine noticeable disconnections to the bare minimum, i.e. avoid any additional reconfiguration).
If that does not work I will do a full reset with it still offline then reinstate the settings before reconnecting the DSL. BTW it was helpful to be reminded by your screengrab that there is enough to know whether the graph is working properly whether or not the DSL is connected.
Now I just need to wait on the weather until the SNR margin is as good as it gets!

December 6, 2021 at 11:22 pm #16618Brief update. Simple re-flashing cured the problem. I believe the issue only emerged after around 50 days uptime on reflection. Whether it is in some way connected with the time it has been running, or whether it is to do with making some change to the configuration or a change in the network environment is not clear.
I will see if the issue recurs but I do not have much hope of it doing so given it took so long to manifest and it is at least likely there will be another firmware update in the next couple of months

December 17, 2021 at 2:46 pm #16747Hello, I have passed from my old modem AC750 to AX82U. Looks like G.INP is off, does that mean ISP doesn’t support it? Should I tweak these settings or leave them as they are?

December 17, 2021 at 3:00 pm #16750Congratulations on your new DSL-AX82U – G.inp is enabled in your country but unsure if your ISP supports G.inp. ?
I would wait a couple of days and see if there are any changes, especially as your are currently on FastPath, which is also good but G.inp requires a certain amount of interleaving so FastPath will need to be changed by your DSLAM at some point

December 17, 2021 at 3:52 pm #16751Yeni DSL-AX82U’nuz için tebrikler – G.inp ülkenizde etkinleştirilmiştir, ancak ISP’nizin G.inp’yi destekleyip desteklemediğinden emin değilsiniz. ?

</noscript>G.inp – https://www.increasebroadbandspeed.co.uk/g.inpThank you. I’m playing online games, I don’t want fastpath to be changed. So should I turn off G.INP from settings? I already have high ping times The link you refer to can also increase ping times by interleaving g.inp as far as I understand with chrome’s translation feature.

December 17, 2021 at 4:20 pm #16752FastPath is generally better for FPS type games etc. but G.inp can make your line more stable as errored seconds are lower and your synch rate can increase so you have more Mbps to share in you home.
G.inp vs Fastpath for gaming is tricky and I would try both options, to test.
But to keep FastPath, then G.inp has to be Off

December 17, 2021 at 5:16 pm #16753I think it’s been 2 months since I bought the modem. I changed these settings before and used it for about 1 week. After that, the snr value dropped to 8, when my internet started to not disconnect constantly, I reset the modem and restored it. Of course, I don’t know if it went down to these values because of the setting I made or if it fell to these values because of the failure of the isp. My download speed was as low as 33. Is it possible that the setting I made on the modem is causing problems in the ISP line?

December 17, 2021 at 5:54 pm #16760On your 2x DSL stats, one is 42000 and the other is 58000 kbps ?

December 17, 2021 at 6:10 pm #16761I have a friend who looks at the faults in the ISP company, he called me to create a fake fault record. i was working that day then when i got home i noticed the internet was weird and i looked in the dsl log and saw the values were dropping. there was even a stabilization problem, the internet drops, when it comes back, it shows as 58000, but then I saw that it went down to 42000 and even 33000. That’s when I took the diary when it fell.

December 17, 2021 at 6:18 pm #16762I made such a setting in dsl settings. I used it for a week and there was no problem. Then the problem I mentioned occurred, but now it is fixed. Since I knew that if I bought the world’s best modem for my line, I would have problems, I thought if turning off g.inp would be helpful. I wanted to ask you when I saw it in the off position in the dsl log.
