Is the issue the Antenna Scheme not showing and the Aura RGB Enable button not visible ?

Can you advise which browsers work correctly, and which ones do not ?

Nothing works in the area in the screenshot. Problematic in all browsers (I tried EDGE, Firefox and Opera).
For example, I can’t turn it on in the Aura RGB off position.

Current Version : 9.0.0.4.388_21184-g44bd437

The interface is locked when I want to look at the traffic data (http://router.asus.com/TrafficAnalyzer_Statistic.asp). I was able to access the traffic menu after the restart, but the aura RGB is still problematic. Aura RGB settings cannot be done in the mobile app. The same problem on the WEB page also appears in the mobile application.

If you can send ASUS a Feedback form via UI, I am sure this will help ASUS with this beta 388 build, if you mention ‘UK Sentinel’ in description box, this should help

Hey guys,

I just purchased dsl-ax82u, its on the latest stable firmware 3.0.0.4.386_49608. I had dsl-ac52u before. I have a very noisy and unstable connection so I thought having a modem with a broadcom chipset might help.

I live in Turkey, so the standard here is annex a, which is my old dsl-ac52u was using. But on dsl-ax82u it sync ups with annex b and there is no way to change it. Also my dsl speed is worse when compared to my old modem, not sure if this is related to the annex thing. I sent a feedback to Asus but I wonder is there any workaround for this?

Welcome, you do seem to have a high CRC errors, which is not good and indicates a faulty line etc.

With VDSL, Annex A or Annex B are the same and does not really matter and is not changeable for the DSL-AX82U.

How much synch rate (speed) have you lost ?

Hey,

Yeah, I have lot of CRC errors, currently I can’t fix it because it is related to the lines on poles and my isp is refusing to fix it and I don’t have authority to replace the line on the poles. The lines are also very close to the naked electric lines, currently I’m trying to force them to move the line.

On ac52u: Snr margin: 8, line att: 15.1,  max rate: 56000, current rate: 42000
On ax82u: Snr margin: 8, line att: 23.6, max rate: 33000, current rate: 35000

Also I was enabling g.vector and non-standard g.vector on my old modem but ax82u lack those settings in dsl tweaking.
